Yes it's about the launch of Oxygene 7-13.

It's talking about futur Oxygen Tour . It's also said that the first listeners of the album (before officila lauch) gave good feedbacks.

For those who never seen this video, Jean-Michel is talking about the Oxygen 7-13 gear setup and the way is use it (and in wich part he use it ), his affection to the ARP2600 vs MoogModular espacially about the filter ....
