I thought that too, but GeeJee said he did it on purpose. And you can't enter it, do you? But indeed, it's annoying that there's always one yellow point on my screen, and I can't read the posts :) .

Well, the idea was to show we actually have a policy here and discuss things seriously But then again that could be silly too cause you can't get in there.

I have added a poll to let you decide about this... ;)

Its best to have a designated area for the mods/admins to discuss the site. It saves time on having to send emails to one another. This way you all know where everything is, plus its right under your nose.

Wouldn't serve its purpose as a 'mods area' if members were also allowed in there.

Sometimes, things have to be said in privacy and away from prying eyes.

Well, I can see why you (the moderators) would want a place to discuss matters, without the interference from us users, but at the same time it feels like being left out. On the other hand, if we were allowed to read but not reply, it would be equally annoying. So I just don't know what to vote for.

Do not know, but I guess that it is both good and bad to see it. But hey leave it as it is now and people will get used to it. And if it can always show like read forum that will be better.

Anyway, is it not possible to hide it to any other ordinary users? I have no idea how it works but from noyas download forum you had to be given access to see the different forums, they were invisible before.

Yes, the moderators room was here from the very start of the forum, and I made it visible a while ago, to actually show we have a room where serious business is discussed 8)

I guess for the numbers of posts it could be good, I mean if the moderators have loads of post we don't see in numbers it is good to know where they are posted. But I am still puzzled!

Not hidden.
Gives a more respectfull and solid image of the moderation.

However, in case "they're never here", it's best to hide and disguise it as a policy. 8)

Kind Regards,
AMR
