IMO the healthiest & tastiest form of kebab is a Shawarma.
Kebabs are Turkish (I think), Shawarma are Arabic.
Much less greasy, real lamb or chicken, not processed lamb.

As far as I know they got prohibited in Denmark, cos they were containing a lot of bacteria. :P

 If you knew what goes into the Ingredients,I don't think you'd find it half as appetising as it might look.....

Personally I wouldn't touch that shit if you paid me!!!

One reason why Shawarma are preferable to kebabs.
Real meat.
Available in the Arab quarter of London & Leicester Sq.

Thats what my Mother always told :)

'Dürüm ruller' is the best. Thin bread (like a pancake) just from the oven is the best mix with the kebab, shawarma or whatever the meat is called. Last year I was in Berlin almost everywhere they used sandwich bread and I guess the meat was produced the same place, the meat wasn't spicey enough.

Well, they disappeared from all the local pizza/kebab joints. Now they use what seems like crappy ready-made meat. :x

It can still taste better than some of the 'cutting directly' kebab.
