#jmj has a lot of frequent, let's say fulltime visitors, who don't participate anywhere else. And they think they are some sort of überfans or whatever. I do not feel very welcome there. I got some virus from the mIRC thing so I had to throw it out, and I feel like GeeJee about #JMJ, if you're not there and have been part of it like one year or so, you are still just a newbie and has to tip-toe around to not make anyone sad.
