I think the VP330 was just being a sheet music stand for Claude

As for the ribbon - I think it was connected to the Memorymoog, but that's just a guess.

And - why they have 2 minipops on stage? Perhaps one was led trough a Smallstone and the other was kept dry?
Well I don't think the 330 was the only sheet stand, most of his gear was full of this hairpulling paper :smoke: Anyway what exactly is meant by musical instruction in this live situation? "play the Oxygene 4 lead... NOW!" or...?

When something goes wrong with the tuning for example, Claude has to give instructions what to do etc. Also when they're improvising, someone has to give instructions whether or not to start the next track. I mean - if someone just starts playing the next track it becomes rather mesy...

Ahh ok so he is also some kind of the countdownhitting drumsticks of a band :) I never thought at that being important, as the Oxygene tracks rarely start from one second to another. On the other hand it must be important especially on a track like Oxy4 with rhythm, bass and seq starting at the same time.

I wonder where his Elka Synthex is?. I'm suprised this is not being used.

Where would he need a synthex for? I know it's one of the best polysynths around, but he has plenty of those on stage so I don't think he's in need of another. I hope he's saving it up for later on. Now that you mention it, the synthex was very rarely seen with JM on stage...

Maybe it's to heavy and it uses up to much space. And why would he? I mean yes it's one of the best poly synth's but it doesn't add anything new.

Of course it does. That's bull*.
But he doesn't need particularly a synthex for what he plays.

Damn, there are some really nice pics there of the instruments. Such a shame about the watermarks spoiling the view.

Thanks Mrs K
