Now as you mention The Never Ending Story, to my surprise he produced the track that was sung by Limahl, besides that he did that nice Ivory Tower Theme.

I just found it from the pile of LP's my brother asked me to convert to him someday. Heh.

Is he what have the song "Too Hot To Handle"? But if is, have a great analog vocoder on this track....excellent vocals!!

Yes that tracks is from 'From Here To Eternity'. There are definitely some nice vocoderstuff on that album.

The best work from Moroder is "Midnight Express" from 1978.

I used to listen to this track several years ago on old MC was copied by my father in the 80s and i was very very into this track. I thought 'who the hell composed this great music??"

Yes it is one of his best tracks IMO. Is this some re-wroked version or a cover?

This version is by Ed Starink from the Synthesizer Greatest series Vol. 1. :wink:

So indeed a cover. It does sound more sterile or cleaned than the original.
