Well I splashed out on this ' remastered dvd ' and all I can say is - what a rip-off !

The concert video quality is very bad - the sound ok.
The extras featuring ' the making of ' is the worst quality video I have ever seen of this programme. So fuzzy it is unwatchable. The photos included on ...

Hi Everyone, does anyone know the value of this book as I have a copy to sell ? I haven't seen it listed on Amazon or Ebay and its quite difficult to find details on the book thru Google. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Cheers, Terry
