As soon as someone is sitting with the giant trilogy box, please post some Photos or description of the content. As far as I can see, the box is supposed to contain three sleeves coloured purple, green and beige. One contains all three cds, one is supposed to contain the vinyls and one is supposed t...

A quick photo of the standard version LP
Image
I have not listened to the LP yet. Perhaps it's just a stupid idea to have my turntable storaged at my parents' :punch:

I habe no idea about what these charts can be used for. I have never discovered new music from charts. It must be the reason why I am drawn by the more underground genres. If you make a simple analyzis of Oxygene 3 and compare the pop level to The Beatles pr Maroon 5, you probably have the answer. E...

Just went to one of the last REAL recordstores in the second biggest city of Denmark. Nerd recordstores are the only options left for music like Jarre. Even standard Electronic stores have stopped selling records and cds. Ah but anyway I got what I came for the LP and the CD. I thought about the tri...

I used my EMX and simply used the synth parts to recreate each sound. They are very simple in structure.

So I got first part of that golden deluxe box. I never seemed to receive anything about the second part for this. Everything I can find on pre-order of second part, seems to be the cheaper vinyl-set. I have never seen anything about the "golden" part two. What did you guys do here? Somewhe...

Ok, the Tangerine dream track is the most boring track ever, even the remix sounds so old. It is back to 1993(the remix) the Original (OMG, what a bullshit) I don't like Tangerine dream. They are so old in music. Always the same and the same. It is like synthesiser greatest music. Music for the old...

Im sorry but who pissed on your breakfast? Why do you get so negatively emotional about TD? Do respect that others on this forum are listeners of TD aswell as Kraftwerk. If you have a need to be negative about the way you do in this situation. Maybe you could find other forum societies that talks i...

The shippingcosts to my country was about £5. Thats less than what I would have to pay for sending it to my neighbour. The price is fair from that point of view. That was for one record only. I don't know how much it would be for all three.

"I Had This Thing" - NRK P3 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=weWfX5I--SQ This performance is bliss. This track like Jamie Irrepressible in general, had to grow on me, and now I simply love both the track and that very dark bright-voiced melancholi Jamie can perform and express. The album h...

I did not even have time enough to give the tracks a listen. About one minute of Zero Gravity, and I just jad to put my name on the preorder. JMJ and TD on the same track!! Just couldn't miss out on this one :-) reading that this was some of the last tones of Froese, this one is very unique and spec...

Still the recordings were edited for the live album release. I used to have some original recordings, however I lost all of my rarities in a hardware crash a few years ago, in an atempt to make a backup... sour arse :punch:

True or not true... I don't care that much. Still the cultural differences would perhaps make it difficult to Jarre's china tour concept. I have decided that I will never listen to reviews of music. It's like making a review of mona lisa... some a facinated enough to spend their Whole life breaking ...

If you are able to tame the theremin, beautiful melodies are no problem. Using it as an alternative to violins or whatever is probably the most known and recognized side of the theremin. Jarre simply use it in another way. He would be able to integrate it a lot more in his live performance, if he pl...
