Welcome to the new BlahBlahCafe!

We have migrated to a new server. As with every migration, some things might have been lost in translation (at least, that's my experience in software development). The main problem is logging in into the boards. These could be caused by several reasons:

- Your browser cache & cookies need to be cleared because we moved to a new server. If you get the error message whilst logging: "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again.", you need to clear your cache & cookies. You can find a "Delete cookies" option at the bottom of this page.

- There is also a chance that your password is not correctly converted to the new system. This is a known bug with migrating the system. The only solution is to request a new password, there's a link on the form that will send an email to you to create a new password. If that fails, I can set a password for you, you can contact us at the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page.

Yes me too! Sorry about that, by the time I'd got that far with the recording I decided to leave it - being a one shot take no way of editing that in isolation.

Thanks for the kind words.

Fourth Rendezvous

A quick one shot cover of Rendezvous 4. No Synthex just a few virtual Analogues.

Shortened a little, just like at Docklands!

Re: HARDWARE DRUM MACHINE

Went for the Roland TR8 with 7X7 expansion - best bet for the money in comparison to the Dave Smith Tempest!

In the end, I stuck with hardware- the Tascam DP32 with Cd burner.

The results so far can be heard in my thread ' Matt's Creations '

These are honestly some of the best original tracks I've heard this year. "One Way" is my current favorite. The definite analogue sound and catchy tunes also remind me of ToXyGeNeDK's work, I think you should go for Bandcamp next! Thanks for the support old friend :fine: What's Bandcamp?

Thanks again.

What I'm really interested to know is how the quality of the productions come across. Are they anywhere near good enough for commercial release?

I think it's terribly naive to think that surrounded by talented musicians at various points of making albums, Jarre didn't take snippets of creation from these people and use them to his advantage - I know I would if I was making a record that I wanted to SELL and MAKE ME MONEY - if someone said ''...

Wow, how this album has made me realise just how stagnant and narrow minded MY expectations were when it came to what a ' new Jarre album might sound like ' The first thing I wanted to do this morning was get this album on. The more I listen to it, the more energised I become musically. It's woke me...
