Cool demo, thanks! During his 1997 Oxygène Tour Jarre used a Norldlead (or more likely the new Nordlead 2 he had recently got at the time) to play Oxygène IV sounds. At the very least he demoed 4 sounds with it before playing the track: wind effect, main melody, and the 2 RMI chorus sounds you de...

Thanks Jote for your "stats" - interesting!

Maybe Vol. 10 disc 1 is shorter than vol.9 because of shorter blanks between the tracks. Vol. typically has 5 second gaps, which sound (or don't, for that matter) too long. Maybe they reduced those for the new release.

Amazing artist. His album Bevilacqua (1996) was ahead of its time. While his most famous songs (apart from Aline and Les marionnettes) are from the period when he worked with JMJ (Les paradis perdus - 1973, and Les mots bleus - 1974) his most recent albums are fantastic and showcase very different s...

Also noticed in the 2020-2021 program, page 29: " Amazônia To accompany the exhibition of photographs by Sebastião Salgado on Amazonia, Jean-Michel Jarre has created a soundtrack made with concrete sounds of the forest. The rustling of trees, the call of animals, or the clatter of water make ...

Ah yes, I remember the photo with both JMJ and JJA. I happened to be at the store again today. The magazine is a special called "Star Wars - The Rise of Skywalker - The Official Collector's Edition", published by Titan, available through 23-MAR-2020 in the US and Canada. Barcode 0746660315...

JJ Abrams

A few days ago I was in a bookstore and flipped through a magazine about Star Wars - I think it was a Time Special, but not sure, I can check it out if anyone's interested. Anyway, one photo shows JJ Abrams talking to an actor on the set, and he's wearing an Oxygène T-shirt! Only a bit of the shirt...

Hello everyone,
I wasn't able to listen to the interview shortly after it got published. I just tried today but it's not online anymore. Does anyone have a download / recording of it? Or could give a quick summary of interesting points discussed?
Thank you!
