Welcome to the new BlahBlahCafe!

Currently, we are experiencing some DNS problems. We hope to fix this as soon as possible.

We have migrated to a new server. As with every migration, some things might have been lost in translation (at least, that's my experience in software development). The main problem is logging in into the boards. These could be caused by several reasons:

- Your browser cache & cookies need to be cleared because we moved to a new server. If you get the error message whilst logging: "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again.", you need to clear your cache & cookies. You can find a "Delete cookies" option at the bottom of this page.

- There is also a chance that your password is not correctly converted to the new system. This is a known bug with migrating the system. The only solution is to request a new password, there's a link on the form that will send an email to you to create a new password. If that fails, I can set a password for you, you can contact us at the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page.

It's just not as it used to be for me either, but the same goes for a lot of other things aswell. I cannot remember when I last had my synths turned on. Perhaps it's just because I now adays have other "practical" things to think about. I kind of miss the teenage and single life (though i ...

Example - When mainstream becomes listenable

Nowadays mainstream music has a wider electronic touch, maybe because the americans learned how to party like europeans, got sick of the heavy gangsta music, got sick of the country music, or maybe because the creators behind the music are Swedes like Max Martin and RedOne or just something else. La...

I bet it's quite fun to play with. Grooveboxes are nice :fine: I miss the feeling of getting new gear, but in general I just miss my synths. It annoys me that I don't have space for it here in my flat. Perhaps there's space for my AX-Synth, then I can just sit in my sofa playing around on it as with...

I was visiting my neighbour today and they gave me like erm.. a sort of ginger cookie or whatever. That tasted bad, I tell you. I want to poop it out already. Come on! :pwned: Hehe and don't the experts say that traces of food can stay in the system for years? This cookie will follow you for a long...

Regarding the Oxygene 12 question, I remember watching a picture of a hidden DSI Mopho behind the sequencer monitor. I cannot find it atm, but Im quite sure it's around somewhere on the forum. Perhaps this preset was used on both synths.

Well i think the shipping costs are insane (14euro to Denmark). I always feel tricked when the shipping costs are almost equal the price for the item itself, but if it's the only way to purchase it ATM...

It has been seen on a couple of studio pics around the early nineties, but as far as I know, he has never used it. Maybe he was just testing it.

I bought it some days ago, but I haven't had time to listen to it untill now. It's really nice to have some of those old classics without the vinyl noise and pitching of a weak turntable  I really like those vinyl-like discs. I just love the liquorice smell of black plastic 8)

Some artists appear and then to be forgotten when they become passive. JMJ is not one of them, however he seems to always have some kind of projects anyway. Just look at how people still discuss concerts that are over 20 years old. He is some kind of a living music legend, and they are rarely forgot...

Some very nice photos of the jelling show. I should have been there, and someday I will my knock myself in the head for not having gone to that gig. It was a rush to see those videos as well. I have been listening to far too much mainstream music for a long period of time now. I need a break and get...
