So I got first part of that golden deluxe box. I never seemed to receive anything about the second part for this. Everything I can find on pre-order of second part, seems to be the cheaper vinyl-set.
I have never seen anything about the "golden" part two.
What did you guys do here?
Somewhere I was lost in that confusion on the different versions released.

Email them and day you never received the email for the second deluxe boxset. That's what I did and I received a link to order it anyway.

I wouldn't consider it disgusting as much as incompetent. You check the files after you've uploaded to make sure it went up correctly. Which they flatout didn't do.

Initial thoughts.

Tracks that I like the best:
Why This, Why That and Why
Swipe to the Right
Falling Down

( Not sure why those two collaborations have struck to me as my current favorites... possibly because I honestly didn't expect them to be of any note, maybe ;) )

Tracks that I like:
The Heart of Noise 1 and 2, Brick England, As One, Here For You, Electrees, Exit, Gisele, Switch on Leon, Circus, The Architect

So that's about 77% of the album

"The Heart of Noise (Origin)" is quite superfluous, and I don't really hate the other tracks but they haven't really hit me in any way yet. Also, has Christophe always sung like that, because his vocals sound a bit too much like "old man wheezing" to me. >_>

Also, for some reason I keep on imagining the chorus solo from Oxygene 8 in the chorus of Brick England. And for that matter, the (possibly unintentional?) throwback to Ethnicolor in As One was nice, but I think JMJ should have let go of the Metamorphoses vocodering a bit and reused the one from Revolutions instead ;)

Although I still think the Hans Zimmer track is the best thing Jarre has been involved in since the late 90's, I'm finding the some of the "space invader" fx sound a little harsh via headphones. I don't get this harshness via speakers though, so it still sounds incredible.

Received my email link to the download from MyPlayDirect yesterday in good time. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred as others have experienced, namely over two hours of white noise.

Emailed MyPlayDirect this morning and hopefully the issue is resolved soon.

I ordered Electronica Volume 2 Deluxe Box last September and the website is currently reporting "Ships on or before June 3, 2016". Not sure what disaster will befall this release. I expect to receive half a dozen Deluxe Boxes and upside down posters, haha.

Still, mustn't grumble as I made £300 from the second Volume 1 Deluxe Box that MyPlayDirect sent me.

Indeed. The cover confirms that.

Agreed! The music is really cool, and I do like the voice but an instrumental would be cool! This song totally caught me off guard though :D

"Swipe to the Right" is one of the most poppy songs he ever did, but it's more cool than the regular stuff on the radio top 10. Sadly enough this song will not hit the charts I think. They prefer a Beyoncé or another shick that gasp in the microphone.

Greetings,

Christophe

Did somebody check the DR values?
If you download the stems for HOT and export them yourself would it be better?
I've posted the DR results a few pages ago. Average DR of 4

This is not a pop song, because it has the long solo in the end. Same with "Christophe" track...
