Possibly, there are indeed long silent parts at the end (I haven't yet checked whether this is pure silence or just very long fadeouts), so you might be correct.Maybe Vol. 10 disc 1 is shorter than vol.9 because of shorter blanks between the tracks. Vol. typically has 5 second gaps, which sound (or don't, for that matter) too long. Maybe they reduced those for the new release.
