Welcome to the new BlahBlahCafe!

Currently, we are experiencing some DNS problems. We hope to fix this as soon as possible.

We have migrated to a new server. As with every migration, some things might have been lost in translation (at least, that's my experience in software development). The main problem is logging in into the boards. These could be caused by several reasons:

- Your browser cache & cookies need to be cleared because we moved to a new server. If you get the error message whilst logging: "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again.", you need to clear your cache & cookies. You can find a "Delete cookies" option at the bottom of this page.

- There is also a chance that your password is not correctly converted to the new system. This is a known bug with migrating the system. The only solution is to request a new password, there's a link on the form that will send an email to you to create a new password. If that fails, I can set a password for you, you can contact us at the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page.

You've done the laser hapr sound with the Thor ? Well, what a very goog job my friend !

Really like to see how you've done it.

Great Job, especially since you programmed the Synthex sound within the virtual synth Thor!
Curiosly the Elka Synthex is not velocity sensitive, neither from its keyboard nor via MIDI, so the harder attack some repeated notes have in the tune is not due to stronger velocities but it's a side effect of a duoble trigger.

Thanks.

What, are you sure??
There are for sure much difference in the attack, when it goes in C# there are no hard attack at all, and before there are some very hard attacks.
I was sure this was velocity dependent in the Synthex preset!
Maybe he has simply turned the attack knop when playing?

I don't think so.

i read somewhere the particularity of the "2nd note trigger" feels.

I don't really remember if it talks about Envelop "bug" or chorus "bug". But it says that it's due to the time between the 2 notes are played (eg double C# in RDV 3).

But there is no particular action from the player.

Maybe a Synthex specialist will come to light us :robertdugenou:

Actually when I did Rendez-Vous 4, I head the brass sound had the same "problem", so it could be when note 2 is played without the first note is released this happends.
Reason 4 have the same problem, when applying attack action on Filter 3

Sounds like an envelope trigger artifact typical for the Synthex.
