Welcome to the new BlahBlahCafe!

A new server, a new environment. Updated and all.

As with every migration, some things might have been lost in translation (at least, that's my experience in software development). The main problem is logging in into the boards. These could be caused by several reasons:

- Your browser cache & cookies need to be cleared because we moved to a new server. If you get the error message whilst logging: "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again.", you need to clear your cache & cookies. You can find a "Delete cookies" option at the bottom of this page.

- There is also a chance that your password is not correctly converted to the new system. This is a known bug with migrating the system. The only solution is to request a new password, there's a link on the form that will send an email to you to create a new password. If that fails, I can set a password for you, you can contact us at the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page.

Read this yesterday:
29th April 2008

As previously mentioned, pre-sales for the forthcoming OMD concerts will be made available tomorrow Wednesday 30th April at 9am (This is ahead of a pre-sale to the general public which takes place on Thursday). This is directed at OMD fans only and tickets will be issued on a first come/first served basis.

Newcastle City Hall, Newcastle Upon Tyne:

Glasgow Royal Concert Hall:

Liverpool Echo Arena, Liverpool

Symphony Hall, Birmingham

Roundhouse Theatre, London

Royal Concert Hall & Theatre Royal at Royal Centre, Nottingham
Please note that these links will not be active until Wednesday 30th April at 9am.
The Wikipedia article on OMD also states that the tour is partly to coincide with the rerelease of their (fantastic) Dazzleships album. I'm hoping to see them in Birmingham anyways, but if they do end up playing all/most of Dazzleships, I'll go ape!!!

I think the links above^ are dead as they were a pre-sale batch of tickets, but if you're interested in going just Google the venue and you should be able to buy tickets from them.

Just saw them last night in Houston. At 51 Andy McCluskey can still bring it! NIce energy, two 88key Roland Fantoms on stage with a live drummer, who missed his cue last night and Andy made fun of him and made them start the song over again... Hilarious!!!

Great show, if you ever need to feed that 80's retro vibe I highly recommend catching em' in concert! They played most of their greatest hits and new songs as well. Their newer music is actually quite good. AFAIK here are the remaining tour stops...

03/17-19 – Austin, TX @ South by Southwest
03/20 – Dallas, TX @ House Of Blues/Granada Theatre
03/22 – Denver, CO @ Bluebird Theatre
03/23 – Salt Lake City, UT @ Depot
03/25 – Los Angeles, CA @ The Music Box
03/26 – San Francisco, CA @ Regency Ballroom
06/23 – Leipzig, DE @ Clara-zetkin-parkbühne
06/26 – Dresden, DE @ Elbufer
09/02 – Hamburg, DE @ Stadpark
09/05 – Berlin, DE @ Sommergarten
