Welcome to the new BlahBlahCafe!

A new server, a new environment. Updated and all.

As with every migration, some things might have been lost in translation (at least, that's my experience in software development). The main problem is logging in into the boards. These could be caused by several reasons:

- Your browser cache & cookies need to be cleared because we moved to a new server. If you get the error message whilst logging: "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again.", you need to clear your cache & cookies. You can find a "Delete cookies" option at the bottom of this page.

- There is also a chance that your password is not correctly converted to the new system. This is a known bug with migrating the system. The only solution is to request a new password, there's a link on the form that will send an email to you to create a new password. If that fails, I can set a password for you, you can contact us at the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page.

Cant order a "part 2" box with vinyl and CD.
We don't know yet, Pat has send an email and is now awaiting response. If were not getting it I'm downloading it through another channel. I'm not buying it twice for a pre-order track.
I've had an e-mail back from them after I also enquired about it and they have given me the files now finally!! The only problem is the links they sent me directed me to a 404 error. But, if you take out the /links at the end of each hyperlink, it will take you to the download page. Hope that helps!!

This is ridiculous :/

On another note, any ideas who "E.S." might be?

So.... I ordered the fan box volume 1 way back when it first got announced - does this mean I will automatically receive fan box volume 2? IS there a volume 2, or will it be a cd that drops into the empty slot in volume 1?

I would love to able to go to the website and check my order, but they have no account facility - or in fact, any mention at all of a volume 2.

A few days ago, Jarre gave us a ¿clue? or something in twitter.

I said something about it here:

If you don't have an email saying that Vol. 2 was pre-ordered, it probably wasn't. Not everyone got the link for some reason. You can email MyPlay with your original reference number as the header, and they will send you a link for Vol. 2

BTW, still waiting for a reply ... :x

So you do get the files if you email them? Guess I know what I need to do tomorrow.

Looks like this whole "who got an e-mail, who didn't and when" deserves it's own thread!

Just kidding, guys, but the sheer magnitude of shenanigans you are being put through (and for what - for shelling out extra cash to support your artist!) is ridiculous, to say the least.

Working on his next album already? :hypocrit:

Why does Sony need "MyPlay" so bad?
Who is E.S and who de la duck is Siriusmo??

Oh questions, those questions... :P

No idea about Siriusmo, but his track sounds very catchy.

I emailed them to ask about volume 2, they confirmed I do indeed have a preorder for it, provided a link to it, and another to download MP3 files.

Of 'if' and 'stardust', but hey, the volume 2 fanbox does exist, and I will be getting a copy.

They sent me the files for 'If' and 'Stardust' initially but after I sent an e-mail back explaining that people who now pre-order Electronica 2 get 'The Heart Of Noise (Parts 1 and 2)' they sent me a new link for those files.

Perhaps we can exploit this amateuristic playmystore crap by kindly asking them for the tracks Brick England, Here for you and Electrees.

Looks like JMJ is making up for lost time?
I wonder if he feels the 2000's was a lost decade as many fans do.
