French article mentions a tour in September 2022:

While shows without an artist are still a curiosity, hybrid shows seem to be a promising formula: the singer performs on stage, in front of an audience, while his concert is broadcast in a virtual universe. "For my tour in September, I want to create a city of music, between Metropolis and Sin City, in which we can stroll and attend the concert broadcast in this space, but also invite other musicians", points out Jean-Michel Jarre. At the same time, the Warner record company has created its musical amusement park in the metaverse, in order to produce its artists there virtually. This month will also take place the largest hybrid concert in Europe at La Défense Arena in Paris, “The Future is Now”. A public electro show with, in parallel, a live broadcast of the musicians in a virtual universe, via avatars. For all these actors, the show has never been so alive.

That would coinside with the release of the new album. And it sounds like the Oxymore event was a testing ground for this tour.

If a tour due in September, shouldn't the tickets get on sale by now?
Also, I could be thinking of an intimate tour, in halls or rooms, so instead of arenas.

How could you all imagine this tour? What could we expect?

Any concert is likely to happen this year, what do you think?

Not going to happen this year I bet. Ticket sales and announcements should have been done already, no time to promote and all that.
