The tagline reads "Attend to a ultra private VIP concert with Jean Michel Jarre". So a private VIP concert would be JMJ and a few guests. So a 'ultra' private VIP concert is when only Jean Michel turns up and no one else :pwned:

I think Club Metro is the (French?) club of readers of the Metro newspaper, not a nightclub.

There's also a Dutch Club Metro at http://www.clubmetro.nl, but it doesn't say anything about Jarre :-(.
