It seems so fitting don't you think
To dress the ground in white and grey.
It's so quiet I can hear my thoughts touching every second that I spent waiting for you.
Circumstances afford me no second chance to tell you How much I've missed you.
That's a wonderful poem.

Did you write it? The words are very deep emotionally, especially the last two sentences.

The major difference between a thing that might go wrong and a thing that cannot possibly go wrong is that when a thing that cannot possibly go wrong goes wrong it usually turns out to be impossible to get at or repair.

It's not by me, it's the first part of a song by VNV Nation. But it describes exactly, really exactly how I feel these days. But it's beautiful, indeed!

Yes, I thought the words described how you were feeling. That's why, I instantly thought you had written them.

My life is caught in a revolving door
Past memories scattered about the floor
Distant voices of long ago
Memories fading like thawing snow
A time to live
A time to die
My life just seems to hurry on bye
Reaching skywards shouting: why?, oh why?
This life of mine can make me cry
(me, just something that popped into my head)

Life is such a precious thing
It can make you cry
It can make you sing
There's no need to worry
There's need to rush
Dont make life such a fuss
It only comes just once for you
So make it the best
It's down to you
(me again)

No wonder you are writing a book, Jon. You have a way with poetry.

Mary had a little Lamb
She tied it to a pylon
10,000 volts went up it's arse
And turned it's wool to nylon
(very sligthly adapted by me from that famous poem)

Vroom, vroom went my little car
It went so near
It went so far
Now its broke
Cant you see
It's time to call the RAC
(me)
I can hiss
I can pop
I can hip-hop
I can rock
I spin
I move
Round and around in a groove
My music is healing
While dancing on the ceiling
Once recorded by Lionel
I am a vinyl
(me, again)
Darkening days
Followed by nights
Loosing less of that heavenly light
Latter year comes once to pain
Time to adjust the clocks again
Autumn approaches
As Summer amends
Cold, dark, as winter decends
Praying for Spring
Yet again
Changing seasons
Weather needs no reasons
From dark to light
As Seasons fight
Slowly comes that heavenly light
(me again)
