Of all the performances to choose from, this is what he picks for an Electronica film release? It’s one of the shittest ‘concerts’ he’s ever done, I can’t even believe that it got an audio release tbh.

It gained some press attention due to the VR aspect and I guess he's using that momentum

Plus, it had three unreleased tracks. Not particularly brilliant tracks, but still, more interesting.

Hehe, yeah.
But that cover.. why does it look so Russian mp3 bootleg CD-ish?

BTW: JPC has pre-orders for CD/BR and LP:
https://www.jpc.de/jpcng/poprock/detail ... m/10544307
https://www.jpc.de/jpcng/poprock/detail ... m/10651545

[edit] looking at the JPC links, I think they are trying to make it look like a virtual object in a VR environment.

Perhaps I'm a complete sourpuss but I just don't get this at all. It looks like something that might have been cool 20 years ago.

I kinda agree, there's better concerts to be released on bluray. But i'm one of those obsessive collectors :-D and maybe he's testing the water for fututre BR concert releases.

I hope future blurays too, a big collector of all concerts.
So for the moment, on Fnac.com there is reference for the both versions : vinyl & cd/bluray.

Maybe the work of Edward Snowden’s neighbors. Just like the whole "idea", to release this... now...
The best digital Oxygene is CD matrix: 800 015-2 06...
