I was hoping for (but not really expecting) a bit more variation on the later Electronica tour versions.
I've got to admit, Equinoxe 4 is sort of a high point for me because the flying statues really fit that version of the track in the performance. Nice.
A nice touch for one of the new Alone Together tracks to be mixed into the start of Herbalizer.
And yeah, the fake audience noises are quite distracting (however, the ones on the album are even worse and sound like a "you won!" WAV file from a 1994 Win 3.11 CD poker game or something) - which is also why, despite the Cities in Concert (not In-Concert) version of Rendez-Vous 2 being my absolute favorite, I still wish there was a version of that one without the extra audience noise loops : <
(Speaking of which, given the (virtual) location, RV2 would have been a very nice surprise track )

The usual omnia-dadwater distortion crap (especially with yt normalization). Someone (like Gesaffelstein) should wake up JMJ out of this recurring misleading loudness war nightmare.

Would've preferred Chronologie 2. It would've been very easy to make it more EDMy. When I did my show in 2018 for a non-JMJ/non-electronica audience I went with Chrono 2, as it has a decent beat and enough happening in it to be interesting for the masses
Btw. in the post-show credits Marco Grenier and Kevin Large (otherwise known as "Ridwello") are listed as "production assistants". No Samard. I thought "well, perhaps he didn't do anything for this show", but I don't think Ridwello did much either (unless those Oxygene 2 and 4 reworks are his doings?)
Oh yes, an of course Dadwater is also in the end credits as well :>

Notre Dame had devotional music over the centuries
so yeah beats heavy to rattle it's timbers is alright.
Graphics were brilliant
although they should more parts of Notre Dame less of JmJ.
Laserharp brilliant surprise.
Oxy20 full version would been brilliant opening.
::::
So JmJ you had all of lockdown this year to compose new tunes so what did you do ?
Really Poor you couldn't make new tracks for Notre Dame.
To release this Poor tracklist as a "mixtape" is really low artistically musically
especially as 2 tracks are from other artists.
This doesn't fit an internationally renowned artist as you.
::::
As for tracks :
JmJ
Just drop Coachella opening already it's Cheesy europop. Replace with Heart of Noise.
Drop Equi4 for heaven's sake every concert ! :
I used to love Equi4 now you have over played it.
JmJ if you are going to play something from equinoxe play thhedk Equinoxe7 EDM cover .
Exit is So out of place. Delete Exit replace with Electrees (hand simmer colab).
Oxygene 4 remix by astral projection is horrendous there's so many better trance edm oxy4 covers on YouTube for you to copy.

VR recording. Seems better than the last endeavor, although there clearly is audio/video sync issue - clearly visible during the Stardust countdown.

By the way, have you noticed that this concert was pretty much (if not 100%) free of JMJ randomly triggering sound effects (like that dreaded "ah-ha" with syncopated echo)

Yeah, now that you mention it, I really didn't miss them.
I bought the Flacs from qobuz, let's see how much the DR is. Will post that later.
I like that JMJ remixed both the Oxygene remixes himself. They are better for that.

Sorry, but it was money thrown out the window. It is not for you but for JMJ, who continually degrading himself to a businessman in the music industry. Those gaps between tracks... and the already mentioned lame, fake audience sounds and clapping... embarrassing. (And sounds awful on room equalized - frequency and phase - studio monitors.)

Well, as long as they are lossless (they are, aren't they? ) then there's some value in that.

Yeah, a real lossless dadwater omnia audio preset value (and maintaining the completeness of the JMJ collection).
If anybody saved this video, would be so kind to share with me?

TBH I wonder why this needs to be live at all. They could've recorded his entire "performance" and just replay it. He doesn't need to interact with the audience so nobody will be able to tell anyway and at least there wouldn't be f***-ups like that Ableton metronome last time.
Turns out I was right - it was indeed a pre-recorded performance. Someone confirmed that you could join the VR experience two minutes earlier than the actual broadcast started. Can't say that I blame them for doing that. I wonder what JMJ was actually doing during the broadcast

Filming themselves together with Gong Li with mobile cameras just like two teenagers and to teenager grade squashed mastered "music".

I have it somewhere. but I can look into it next week at first; I'm not at home right now.
