Yeah, I was called yesterday: "your fridge will be delivered between 10 and 17 o'clock, please be sure you're at home" - meaning: I can't go anywhere or do things I had planned to do, as I have to wait for them to show up... :?

Just before leaving in holidays for 3 weeks, I gave my JV80 to a good friend.
Some seconds ago, he sent me a SMS telling all the building was full of water as a fire began in the flat just under his.
He had 4 Mac computers, the last ones, and a hand made guitar costing about 3000€.

ATM, he is in holidays, they will destroy the full building, he is now homeless and has nothing...

This really moves me...

Holy **** that doesn't sound good :? Sadly one of the worst parts of living in a flat. For the materials I hope he was insurred, but all that stuff with personal relations that sadly also goes up in smoke in a fire :?
