I'm still very sceptical about it. We haven't heard anything about it excep what som efans has written on a internet forum.

According to the Greek Newspaper To Vima on 26 March 2006, Jean Michel Jarre was invited again by Marianna Vardinogiannis to give a benefit concert for Elpida! Jarre was unfortunately unavailable for the whole of June, and as a result his concert is planned for September. Stay tuned for more news when available!

Nothing is officially announced so far, and as far as I know the concert is not yet certain to go ahead. So if I were you, I wouldn't yet plan a trip yet!

If it is true then I am more then exited about it!

Ευτυχώς θα εμφανιστεί αφιλοκερδώς, όχι όμως και η πολυμελής ορχήστρα του.

Translation:

The tested recipe that replies to the name "Jean-Michel Jarre" did mess up things this year for "Elpida" (Friends of Kids with Cancer Club) and their standard yearly concert that signals the bright start of the summer under Akropolis. The artist, who has appeared before in Herodium in 2001, didn't have a free date for June, but requested to perform during September, dissolving hopes for the start of the 'musical summer'. Happily, he is going to perform for free, but his big orchestra isn't!


Remember, "To Vima" is a well established newspaper, so we have the usual 1% chances that we have when a 'possible' concert is announced

I think it'ss have a concert on September, but free, I dunnow, if it is for the Cancer Club, I hope it won't be free !
