Again, I don't think it's something to celebrate AT ALL!

Now that again - you're one of those...
Be sure to have *all* the information before you judge.. :?

Anti-Israel people? Dunno. You classify yourself from your own terminology. That's not my area. :fine:

I'm "pro-binational solution" actually, but willing to accept "two state solution" as an alternative. Now go study mate....

The reason I prefer the binational solution is based on the fact that I think secularism is better then a state based on religious beliefs since it excludes those who aren't of the same religion. No matter what religion BTW...

In what world are you living?
A bi-national solution? Not based on any religion? It's the very cause of the problem.

Anyway. Let's return ontopic about the actual concert.

Before we go back on topic.

*IF* religion is the cause of the problems, why do you think religion could be part of a solution then? That for sure wouldn't work, we've seen enough proof for that from BOTH sides.

And like I said, willing to accept the two state solution...

Geejee, have you ever seriously studied the conflict at all?

No. Probably not to the extend you have. But I find it pretty disturbing what you write... "there's nothing to celebrate".

Now, if you want to discuss this any further, start your own thread about it.

ONTOPIC!

Yes, that "could be" a very dangerous concert venue - like the concerts of U2 in Sarajevo (Kosevo stadium) and Tel Aviv (Hayarkon park) in 1997 during their "Popmart tour"...

I support the state of Israel and I support this concert. Booya! 8)

And I guess someone should start a "OMG ISRAEL" thread... or I'll do that if any of the stuff continues after this post.

(Yes, I love splitting threads) 8)

I have looked at Wikipedia (german version): since 1999 Kosovo has the status of an autonomous territory inside the Republic Serbia.

Possible concert in Israel - it sounds good :-)

... but depeche mode canceled their last concert during their concert tour in Israel last year...because of possible terrorist attack

Yeah, doh, I know. But isn't Sarajevo Bosnia's capital?
