1280x720p is technically already classified as an HD format - and HD does not necessarily always mean the full possible resolution. Are you sure the Merzouga concert was produced in the highest possible format? At least the 4:3 capture (which used the HD capture as its source) of that Marocco TV channel seems to indicate - just like divx-file - that is was produced with a frame rate of 25 progressively, not 50 frames interlaced or even progressive. so even in that respect not making use of what technically is possible.Zero wrote:Yes true...dvd's are in 5.1 sound..anyway Merzouga was broadcasted in 5.1 on HD2 (Euro 1080)..and the version about 4,6 gb is just a divx rip from the original recording in HD format..so it's like this: U can make a divx from dvd..we all know how that look like..And u can make a divx from HD file, like the one U are talking about..so that divx rip from HD file which is 720p is better then any dvd out there..but the original stream is perfection in quality..that's the HD file I'm looking for, the uncompressed version..
