I am convinced he wears the Wayfarer. I only could not find out the model with brown tinted glass. I think because of the lighting the image does not do justice for the Wayfarer, the frame looks out of place because of it. Despite taste is personal, at this moment the Wayfarer is back and very hot and trendy in Fashion..:

Yes, the look a bit similar. 8) I wish we could ask on Jean Michel's blog. But I don't think we are gonna get an answer. :(

The frames are not the same. Take a look at the one's that Jarre is wearing and you will see that the chrome detailing on the front edges of the frames where the arms hinges are, the chrome detailing is vertical, where as the chrome detailing on the one's below are horizontal. Plus the nose peace is differant between both sets.

Did you try Ray-Ban’s official website?

http://www.ray-ban.com/

Their website comes under different countries. For example, this is the UK’s site: http://www.ray-ban.com/UK/home.asp

Excellant find, they are identicle.

I see, Jarre has a set of glasses from the 'Two Ronnies' collection

For those that don't know who they are, Ronnie Corbett(left) and Ronnie Barker(right), the comedy duo from Britain who had a series during the 1970s and 1980. Barker is also known for his comic roles in the hit tv comedy series 'Porridge'.
