Of the big 4 recordlabels (Sony, Warner, Universal, EMI, Warner), Jarre only hasn't been with the Universal Music Group, which is also the biggest recordcompany in the world.
But Jarre can also choose to release his songs in iTunes only...
He was at Polydor, which is a subsidiary of Universal Music Group

Yes, in fact it's quite the contrary. I've heard that, in the future, he will only release new material on vinyl, to coincide with the idea of going back in time and only work with old analogue synths. There will soon be a LP record-player in the line-up of products of JMJ Technologies.
