He's coming to Perth?? :shock:

What the heck for?

Perth is a non-event, a small little city - a big town at best.

Jeeez, with thousands of fans on the other side of Australia, he chooses Perth of all places.

Basically no one will even know of it on this side of the country if he goes there. Unless it's televised, and that's not the way to experience a Jarre concert.
Esp if it's his first time on a continent he's never been to before.

I think the concert will be broadcast by euronews ? If live, in europe it will be in the morning or noon. :mrgreen:

Jarres doesnt choose the venues/cities. Almost never did. Aero in Aalborg is possibly the only location that Jarre pressed to get a gig at. It usually only works this way; JMJ is invited by some promotor, he judges the possibilites and agrees, they pay him to create a show, the show takes place.

If Perth has an event or anniversary, they will invite him. Jarre cannot say "sorry, I prefer a bigger city", not if he really wants to do Australia and Perth is the only invitation.

What about Destination Docklands. He had to fight to actually keep that Gig.

I'm looking forward to seeing something Houston / Paris LA Def happening in Perth!
