(And yes, the Palawan one is indeed Vanello's cover of it... and "The Voyage" is the horribly edited "studio version" of the Rendez-Vous in Space track)

So... Time to sue the ever living hell out of them?

He certainly didn't cover his tracks that well - not only has he favorited my remix on SoundCloud under his own name, he has reuploaded it there under an alt account! https://soundcloud.com/simonjensen-musi ... copenhagen
Annoyingly, he is actually claiming his own copyright on all of those tracks he's ripped off (maybe someone could tip JMJ off about that? ) - even though due to the nature of the tracks themselves (at least for the T&T, Palawan and ViZiTors ones), only JMJ (and possibly Warner Music in my track's case) could ultimately do that.
Hilarious stuff, if anything

Simon Jensen's videos are provided to YouTube by The Orchard Enterprises.
Here's an interesting video about this organization:
They are essentially claiming other people's music for theirs. It is even likely that this Simon Jensen is a non-existent person created just to provide the Orchard Enterprises for valid claims.

Yeah, that makes sense.
Interestingly, this Simon Jensen seems to be heavily implying that he's JMJ's son on their Spotify profile...

I'm listening to Mr. Max, the Automatic cover
And while you can clearly hear it's a cover (the lead sounds different, handclaps are different, other things), the details in the effects are spot-on. I wonder who made this cover.

I am sure I have heard that cover of Automatic before, but I can't find it anywhere on YouTube.
It is very well done whoever did it & sounds like it is based around the live version.
"The Dream" is definately a fan mix of the HSBC theme as I remember someone put some of the tracks together into one mix.
The more I listen to the first track "If we had the time" the more I think I may have heard it before, possibly during the remix contest.
I was talking about this with an old friend who is a JMJ fan & we both were thinking that this guy does not exist.
How can they have vaild claims over someone else's music ?
The HSBC track and The Voyage are not even covers.

It's not a cover. It's the original with extra bits added on top. Dare I say it could be a leaked version of a concert edit.

BTW. this alleged "cover" of Automatic has the EXACT same error where Automatic 1 transitions into Automatic 2, a couple of 16th notes are missing making the lead kick in out of sync. This error appears only on the CD version (not on vinyl nor continuous mix).
So yeah, most definitely NOT a "cover". It's a "remix" - bit hard to say whether it's an official one or not, however the glitch mentioned above (which is clearly the result of splitting the audio into CD tracks and thus it would not exist in an official remix) would seem to rule in favor of "unofficial". Meanwhile, update your libraries/id3tags!
(P.S. those Simon Jensen videos seem to be gone now)

A lot of those original "Simon Jensen" tracks can be found when you look at "his"'s SoundCloud favourites list:

Well ok, I thought at least "Tell Me The Truth" was a legit track, but it's mcvadsr (legit musician) thing. Yeah, I'm convinced now that guy does not exist and that bio just screams "fake". F*** those Orchard a-wipes. F****** copyright trolls.

Hmm, so I reported "Simon Jensen" ripping off my track on SoundCloud, heard nothing from them, then reported that Simon Jensen had ripped off mcvadsr as well... so now my account is frozen?
Interesting.
Also, apparently the ripoff album has been taken down on Spotify but the "lead "single"" still remains. At least that's how it appears on my end.

(Meanwhile I'm still banned )
:-/ Any reason given why?

None whatsoever, even the follow-up query through the "visit our Help center" link asked if a reason had been given for the account freezing... haven't heard anything from them ever since.
