This is really getting VERY interesting. As I also thought, late December (2006) or January 2007, Im going with January. It appears that artists like to over shoot deadlines.
Nice images too. I can spot a Korg Microkorg on the floor underneath what looks like a Access Virus (Polar?)

Great news! (exept that we have to wait for January or Frebruary. In that case I hope it will be released at 28 january, because the day after is my birthday!!!)

Is that what's standing on its side with the back side turned against the photographer?

Couldn't agree more.
Now it seems to me like he is putting together something really peculiar, crazy, weird and absolutely wonderful!

"Snap shots" or short, not fully developed tracks...that sounds quite odd and new to me...exciting.
The format is going to be like the Aero album...I love that part!
I also think that I'm going to like the idea of the separate tracks version evolving into an ambient version, becoming like a soundscape. Very interesting idea!
So, maybe that's the secret of composing like JMJ?
-Eat some Grapes while you're composing!
Very nice gesture of Jean Michel to share his thoughts of the new album to his fans and thanks for the good news.
Greetings!!

Do you think he'll do a remix contest like Oxygene 10?
I wondered if he was hinting at the organic, hands-on evolving process of having lots of people creating their own ideas and interpretations of his music...
A permanent work in progress!
I'd love something like this... using itunes to hear each other's work! And then maybe an ep or another Odyssey thru O2?
That would be great!

Yes, I did read it good, but I don't like the entire word "remix"

You could make a game out of this. . .
Guess the album title, and who ever gets the closest, wins a prize.
He mentions music in 'snapshots', so thats like a musical picture, photos, look at everyday life through pictures, evolving images = IMAGES
Hang on, he's already had that title once

We have such a topic on the dutch forum, but we took the conclusion the only who knows what it is, is Jarre himself.

When I read that bit about undeveloped tracks, the ART OF NOISE suddenly popped into my head. They liked to do that at times, a track would start and then suddenly cut off.
Jarre flicking through radio channels until he finds the one he likes.
