 Wow! You own a Eminent 310U and a Minipops 7 - I am jealous :o :)

I notice that you have modified some of your analogue equipment! That is truly a great achievement!!! I am fascinated by electronics and would love to be more knowledgeable in this subject. Then I could carry out my own repairs  You are a true Michel Geiss

The only authentic piece of equipment is my treasured Eminent Solina String ensemble. I notice that you converted your one with a MIDI-IN socket!!! Does this modification work well?
yes, midifing Eminnet SSE work very good, it's more simple compared to the big Eminent 310 because in the SSE, you have only one contact by note. In the Eminent 310, Upper keyboard use 5 contact at the same time and Lower keyboard use 4 contact.

here the link with my document with the modifications (midikit from doepfer) :
midi SSE

for info I'm selling univox 95 tranformed to a MP7

Some days ago I asked - just out of curiousity - Maryanne asking if everything goes well. No answer received yet...

It seems the promoter is determined to get the concert on track, but maybe next year, in an another location...

Sydney or Melbourne alright but where would you put an outdoor stage of that magnitude?
All you see on Google Earth are buildings, streets, roads and more buildings?
Course there are some abandoned olympic stadiums around but that wouldn't really be the same, would it?

Anyway it is waste to worry about...The times we live...JMJ unfortunately won't go to Australia.

Hope this opinion of mine will prove wrong!

''suspended animation'' LOL - Good one!!

for me personally 2014 gives me more time to save up money for this event - which I hope will be big and well worth the trip

I prefer if it went to Sydney or the more bigger cities ..time will tell

start saving money [again] people!
