That seems like the least ring-worn cover I've ever seen for that single. Or maybe it's just photo-trickery. Oh well.

That appears to be the Remillieux biography. THe french issue had another front cover

although it looks like the Remilleux biography from 1987, this item is nothing more than a (strictly) limited package with the "Houston / Lyon" CD, a box and an 8 page Remilleux-biography-cover-artwork style booklet. What is remarkable is that the preface is from July 1987, whereas the CD "Houston / Lyon" was released later that year (as far as I remember).
So, compared to the depth of the space above the CD, there's no room for the complete Remilleux book.... Still a nice collectable, though

that's the Italian jukebox promo with Steve Hackett's "Hope I Don't Wake" on B-side.... A nice collectable and truly cheap for 5 EUR
