Only one person I know does that and all he achieved was to alienate himself from his buyers.

When the VIP version was announced on 'Amazon', I put my order in for that. Then after waiting 7 months and countless emails to Amazon, they told me they could not get it - I was gutted about that.

no, the Limited edition has a bit another color and the sleeve is square, whereas the regular release only is a digipack (same size as the LGB CD release)

Doh - I would never bid early, not for any reason. Auctions get seriously screwed because of early biddings

2 months ago I found out why not to bid too early: If I hadn't bid so early I had FR's Synthesizer II for 10 euro's!
