Yes for instance, I was sure China wasn't the only concert with differences between the actual show and the DVD.

Well, what do you know... :o
I don't know what to say about the latest news...a charity gala??
We have plenty of these in Sweden too which of course is good.

I personally want even more information than this, if you know what I mean...right know I'm just confused.

I really don´t hope the dvd title is gonna be "Water for life"!!?

I have nothing against the idea behind it, a great idea, but a dvd title in that name sounds to me a bit "sugar´ish" to me...

That could be a title of a Mike Oldfield show or Kitaro.... But not Jean-michel.... :D

Water for Life sounds like a sale gimmick that a bottled water company would use for their sales of the product in advertisement. In fact it is a good idea to give this name to a brand of bottled water!!

But nothing is officially clear about it. But I hope there will be a real HD-quality DVD. :D

I get what you mean and I agree.

No we don't know about a DVD, but is it illegal to talk about it then?

Of course not. But acting as if there will be a DVD release may be confusing for other users who have not followed the entire thread and also visitors may be confused and assume there will actually be a DVD release. We don't want rumours to start here, do we? ;)

Hey... haha... don't get me wrong... if you want to discuss concert pictures being printed on toilet paper, go go go, I won't stop you :D

But some people were referring to a DVD-release as if it was actually confirmed. And that may appear confusing to others don't you think? :D

It might not happen at all yet, why even bother to speculate about DVD releases when the concert aint happened.

This show doesnt seem to me to be a big deal, I hope something spectacular happens but I don't think it will, I feel the creativity has gone musically and visually, or maybe I am 38 on Dec 4th and I am too old for this anymore, but I am getting bored of JMJ. I already don't watch the last two live shows anymore, Just let this thing happen and die the usual death these shows do - I know I am not the only one who puts on a Jarre concert DVD and feels just a likkle bit 'let down' and I can take this back to as early as Docklands for me, and I was there.

I remember showing Houston to a friend called Mike Vince back in 1986, I will always remember him saying - yeah - now do something new and original, that hurt me at the time, but now I know what he means, 20 years on and the format is still the same.

Just recently I saw the War of the Worlds live, and it knocked spots off anything I have seen by anyone else, live or on DVD - If Jeff Wayne's lot can do it so should Monsieur Jarre - so how about it Jean Michel, I still love you but I am wavering.

GeeJee - this is only an opinion and I mean not too offend. Plus I think there are too many younger people here to understand what I mean.

I still loves you all though.
