In an hour's time I will be eating a cheese and onion pasty with a healthy selection of vegetables. For afters. I will have rhubarb cake.

For dinner I took a couple whole-wheat flatbreads, added some homemade sauce, and made my wife and I some pizzas. I topped with 4 cheeses: kasseri, kefalograviera, parmegiano reggiano, and San Joaquin Gold (similar to an aged Gouda).
