I wouldn't mind some trance remix, I would say trance suits Vintage best. Its a matter of opinions but I think JMJ have hired (or whatever who did it) some nice remixers like Dado, Sash!, Eiffel 65 and some of the Chronologie remixers
According to
www.jarreuk.com it looks like there is only ONE remixer, sot it is probably some extended and radio remix featured, as with Benassi.

I'm really looking forward to this,Vintage is my favourite track.
I am a bit disappointed that is going to be iTunes only, but I will definately buy it as I love the track & always thought the album version was too short.
But have I missed something because I didn't know that the first single had even been released yet,I've seen promos on EIL & that's about it.

Not long to wait now. Just think this time next week we will be listening to the Vintage single.

I am excited.

The countdown begins.

Thank you for your info about new single:-)
I have one unfulfilled wish:
I remember that Jean Michel haven´t used some another tracks (or ideas) at T&T album.
It would do well if single tracklist change from:
1/ Radio Edit
2/ Extended Version
3/ Remix (1)
4/ Remix (2)
to:
1/ Radio Edit
2/ Extended Version
3/ Unreleased track (originally planned for T&T)
4/ Live concert (non-playback) version of some track from T&T
It is my wish - it is not real single tracklist.

Yes a real B-side would have been nice, but it seems like there will only be one guest remixer as they wrote. That could mean both a radio edit and Extended version of teh remix, or just two different remixes as Dado's FM Remis and Ethnic Remix etc. It has been seen like that very often.

I personally consider iTunes as pretty good quality...?

Nothing to complain about the Bourges files, except that I would've prefered a physical product...

And that's what I hate about iTunes... it is good but more musicians are doing this 'only on iTunes' releases which sucks pretty bad

Such a shame were not getting this on CD
Lets hope that if it does well as a digital download, it may get released as a Ltd CD. But at times, the quality of d/l is not that good. Money wasted on a low quality recording is not my idea of value.

Some of the better ones offer mp3s of 320 Kbps.

I find that some iTunes downloads are of poor sound quality.
