The first think I thought about when listening to "Bonjour Hello" from Interior Music was Laurie Anderson's O Supermarket...ehm.. O Superman ?

Of course, you must keep in mind that the Australian DVD is an actual professional transfer from the Australian TV broadcast film to DVD, instead of some home-made VHS->DVD conversion. So the quality is pretty much as best as you can get unless you get access to the actual masters.
I got the DVD before it was withdrawn, it could have been better but it's also the most official DVD of the concert video that will probably ever exist.

...although the sound on the Australian DVD is mono, while the original movie on VHS was in HiFi(tm) stereo!

It said 'HiFi' on the VHS spine - but the sound was mono in actual fact.
