As for the Sonar footage, I'm glad he went for a new updated stage, otherwise looks pretty great. Oh yeah, dat Stardust...

I think there will change a lot during this tour. The concept will be the same but the tracks will be slightly different every concert. And also the indoor part in October/ November will be bigger and more tracks like "Rendez-Vous 2", "Rendez-Vous 4" and may be others too I think. This is at to moment to much "Oxygene" and "Equinoxe" beside the 2 new albums.
Greetings,
Christophe

Just watched the videos.
Damnit, my fears of a return to the mimefest days are confirmed
Gutted to be honest.

Inspiring visuals and nice set list...too bad most of it was pure playback
Hopefully JMJ will gain more confidence as the tour progresses.

Like in the good old days (1979 until 2008).

From the few tracks uploaded Youtube
JmJ plays Live :
Heart of Noise Melody;
Brick England middle end Solo;
Conquistador Choir, Guitar;
The Time Machine Laser Harp;
Oxygene2 middle bit, Solo;
Oxygene 8 Melody;
Equinoxe 4 Chords;
Equinoxe 7 Melody.
Electronica 1&2 mostly 16th note sequences arpeggios.
Quite speedy some tracks eg Exit, The Architect.
Try playing those sequences arpeggios live

Having visited Sonar, I must say it was a great concert. Some highlights:
- Impressive stage design, very futuristic
- Added impact with cascades of lasers on some tracks
- Nice build-up at the opening
- A new track!
- The inclusion of great tracks “Brick England” and “Immortals”
- A nearly instrumental version of “Glory”
I’ve got nothing against James Blake, but I must say he was somewhat boring to watch after this. Also the Jarre gig was one of the few at this stage – if not the only one - with appropriate bass mix.
