How does that matter? If it's owned by Madame Dreyfus you'll pass? :punch:

I'll pass? How would I pass? If it's a release that interests me, then I'll be parting with some money.

NOTHING on that suggests what it's supposed to be. The cover sells, this doesn't even remotely reflect that. So on that basis, its has to be a fake.

It looks like the guy mocked it up on his website.

In any event I would prefer less tres sophisticated and would rather have a fun cover like this:

We already have all those tracks, but the quality sucks!

I'll definitevly love to get a crystal clear copy.
Quality sucks, but so do the tracks IMO. :)

I need some "new" unreleased tracks from the old days, from Oxygene and forward.
CD quality of Rendez-Vous 4 remix, Mag. 2 and 4 remix. and so on..

Pioneers like Jarre should experiment with some 96kHz/24 bit releases in WMA lostless format and sell it on webshop. The analog master tapes have already been remastered in 96kHz and downsampled again to 44,1 and released on CD, there must be some ekstra sound in it, if they were in 96kHz. The newest tracks might even be in 96kHz on digital master tape.

We also need some BluRay releases! "Live in your living room" was filmed in 3D 1080p - why is this only released in the old DVD trash??
I make 1920x1080p music videos at home on a simple PC in two days and put it on YouTube the same day. A technical pioneer like Jarre realeses 720x576i video and brags about it is filmed in HD, WHY????
...I've got a BluRay-drive in my PC, give me the original recording, then I should burn some BluRays in a couple of days

I must admit that I am a big fan of the old stuff and don't like the new stuff so much, but of cause jarre likes to make new tracks, and so he should ...but there is a huge fan group of the old tracks, who will love a new "rarities" :o)

Did he just say that Rarities will contains songs from 1967-1973?
1967 is the year "Happiness is a sad song" came out.

It's enjoyable to see Jarre chatting with people from a fanclub again...

Yep :D "Stuff I have done from '66-67 to '73"
It's a measure of the man that he really sees this as a tribute to Francis Dreyfus, and something he wants to do for Dreyfus' family.
