Call me a sucker. I bought one off of eBay last week because it was so weird (in a retro "Back To The Future" cool way). I'll let you know when it arrives...

Yes, yes, that's right but the deafening part that usually follows lulling sounds, as it often happens in rock music, when the soloist wakes up or comes back from a snack pause, gradually reduces them in their numbers throughout the hall.

As to the 12/8 matter we've been having for 24 hours or more now, try also
sequences like 5/4-4/4-6/4 and so forth.

Personally, I like music that uses something other than a straight 4/4 :)

I never fail to be amazed by the prices some people will pay for 'rare' items. Just been going through the completed eBay listings and you wouldn't believe there's a recession on-

Jean Michel Jarre Hayward gallery promo CD & presskit = 179 Euro (1 bid)
OXYGENE Jean Michel Jarre. SEALED MFSL - 200 g. Vinyl = 208 Dollars (15 bid)
Jarre Oxygen in Moscow promo CD = 140 Euro (1 bid) = 140 Euros (1 bid)
Swatch europe in concert jean michel jarre (collectors cone) = 100 Pounds (buy it now)
Jean Michel Jarre - Live Beijin EPK - GERMAN PR0M0 DVD = 105 Dollars (6 bids)
Jean Michel Jarre: OXYGENE CD + DVD + 3D = 66 Euros (9 bids)

At the other end of the scale there's been some absolute bargains-

CD SINGLE - JEAN MICHEL JARRE - Rendez-Vous 98 = 0.06 Pence (3 bids)
Jean Michel Jarre's classic "OXYGENE" - newspaper's CD = 0.20 Pence (1 bid)
JEAN MICHEL JARRE OXYGENE 8 12" single = 0.60 Pence (1 bid)
Sessions 2000 - Jarre, Jean-Michel (CD 2003)U361 = 0.66 Pence (2 bids)

That's why some of the rare goodies sometimes are far too expensive, 'cause there is always someone who will spend one month of their income on Jarre items instead of food and toiletpaper :P
