I noticed from the stream the camera never showed Claude ? ( the drummer). I wonder was that intentional or was he just standing outside of camera range? lol

Also Brian was alright, but imho I couldn't help but wish for Patrick Rondat type of solos from the EIC tours. Maybe that's just me.

Relegating Claude to mostly playing drums is such a waste imo. Claude can and has done so much more.
Reaally just program the drums so Claude can play Keyboards Guitars.

I love Patrick's Guitar work on EiC.
DigiSequencer , Rendv4with Brian would been brilliant.

JMJ should played Guitar as he did on Electronica tour.

"It's probably one of the most challenging things I've taken on for a long time": Brian May pushed himself to the limit for his Jean-Michel Jarre live collaboration, and it paid off big time

Brian says in the article.
"I felt very dissatisfied with what I came up with at last night's dress rehearsal."
I agree when I watched the rehearsal videos.
Thankfully Brian was miles better in the concert.
Brian on Rendv2 was brilliant. Should kept Laser Harp part as it's HEAVY, Brian would gone beserk on it.

He made RDV2 sound a bit like "La Belle et la BĂȘte" from 1976. I wonder why he didn't play anything in the finale where there's a short choir break and the synth solo plays (it was muted now as if it was making room for May's performance).

Gorgeous track. I'm not a fan of EDM version JMJ performs.
I just don't get why JMJ feels he needs to EDMify classic tracks ends up sounding samey loosing emotional impact.
Just make modern version Non EDM.

Oxy2 Oxy4 are not EDMed, they were brilliant last night.

Was it just me or did Brian's playing on The Time Machine sound more like Hank Marvin?

I was surprised he played Aero verison of the Oxy2, just like Gdansk back in 2005

I love this. Such a brilliant concert to bring family.
Awe is wonderful.

JMJ wants people to dance yet JMJ should realise his audience isn't a dance audience.
His audience is there to be awed inspired moved.

Watched the entire show, I have to admit, I have no idea who the lady is, but I genuinely really enjoyed her presence she seemed to have a blast and hope to see her again at another show!

Jarre's best live show in ages - and - as a long time fan of Queen and Jarre (my first ever concert was Queen at Wembley in '86) I will admit to being a bit misty-eyed from time to time, seeing Mr J and Mr M finally perform together.

Please - give us a Blu-ray and live album of this!
