Big personal excitement over this: Scientists have obtained the first image of a black hole, using Event Horizon Telescope observations of the center of the galaxy M87. The image shows a bright ring formed as light bends in the intense gravity around a black hole that is 6.5 billion times more massive than the Sun.

Exactly 40 years ago for Bastille Day, July 14, 1979, I gave my first outdoor concert in front of 1 million people at Place de la Concorde in Paris : it was said that 7 babies were born during the show, so Happy Birthday to them!
Il y a 40 ans aujourd’hui, je faisais mon 1er concert en extérieur le 14 juillet 1979, devant 1 million de personnes. On m’avait dit que 7 bébés sont nés pendant le show, je leur souhaite un très bon anniversaire!
