Now it's available in the French iTune store but I couldn't buy it from there.
Not available in the swedish iTune store OHHH...it's the usual kind of SHIT CRAPP!!

On the "main" area, or start page of iTune store I can change the country at the bottom, so I choose "France" and then went to the Jean Michel Jarre section and...Voila!

Yes, that is correct unfortunately! You need to have a local telephone number, address and credit card/bank card attached for it to work...I've tried...
best to just have a really nice friend get it for you or from an even nicer torrent. If they're gonna go digital and make it exclusive they should expect the latter...

I just searched for Jarre, clicked his name on one of the results and saw Vintage in the big list of albums (and some singles) on the second page...
...not that it is of any use to me

Nico... just curious, is Vintage available as the higher quality itunes files... am I making sense? I think it's called iTunes Plus... DRM free songs at 256 kbps AAC encoding (twice the current iTunes bitrate of 128 kbps)... they are $1.29 per song instead of .99 cents. At least on the U.S. site.
Gawd...I can't believe we're reduced to talking about Jarre releases as kbps and AAC files...
