I actually do watch Oxygene In Moscow sometimes just to hear some of the tracks with other solos etc.

I bought the official VHS video long time ago. What is the difference between the vhs and de dvd version? Do you recommend me to buy the dvd?

DON'T buy this latest issue - it has only half the documentary.
As for the original release, yeah, that's good to have aside the tape, as the tape will wear out over time. The DVD is more convenient to use anyway, since it has menus etc. And it has different artwork if you care.

Okay thanks. Then I will not buy it but copy my vhs version on a dvd.

I've just ordered the DVD because of the DTS track the official US Image Entertainment release didn't have, and that I'm hoping the video quality is better too.
One other thing, the original DVD (or VHS) didn't have the full documentary. For some strange reason, there was 5 minutes missing during the Lyon concert segment when JMJ and Jean-Louis Remillieux were talking about the security fears in Lyon because of the then ongoing Klaus Barbie trial and the fact that Nostradamus' prophecy stated that "a future Pope would be killed between the Rhone and the Saone".

I saw the uncut version of the documentary on RTE (Ireland's national broadcaster) in 1999 at about 4 am on a January morning. I taped it, but can't for the life of me find it.
I don't think it was on the original VHS release.

I received the DVD today.
Verdict: Worth getting, definitely. The DTS soundtrack is superb, and the picture is much improved over the US release (though still not perfect - the original source material is limited in quality I suspect).
One thing I noticed was there are very small mattes (black bars) on the sides, they don't interfere with the enjoyment of the DVD. This may be how the resolution was improved by reducing the visible picture size slightly, and using mattes to fill in the remainder of the screen.
The bonus is just an edit of the original 'Steamroller' documentary - not all of it Moscow based, with no new footage.

Without having seen it, it should be better for two reasons (if done properly):
1. PAL has a higher vertical resolution than NTSC (576 vs. 480 lines)
2. No 50 hfps to 60 hfps transfer.
