well, speaking here of "first" and "second pressing", I guess that's too much. However, talking about US and French sleeve (since the releases record-wise are all the same) might be more correct.
I don't know exactly how many records were pressed, neither do I know how many of the records have got sleeves, either ones. So.... telling you a fair price for this LP seems to be impossible, because even on eBay, I have seen that this record has been sold for a reasonable price of like 270 USD. The highest bid for DP I have seen on eBay was 975 USD or something

US$ 1030 was the most recent one...
Regarding different sleeves...I think Digital Snake's copy had stopped its travel from US to France (
) as it comes with an anonymous sleeve and the track-list printed on a likely official insert sheet.
However I can confirm on behalf of DS that the vinyl is transparent-blue and has its usual silver labels.

But the vinyl as we know is purple, right? I've never heard of a transparent blue issue..

Yeah I meant purple of course!
But as Digital Snake shows us, its color looks more like blue than purple under much light..

Just received my near mint copy of Deserted Palace (w/cue sheet)
and a copy of La Cage/Erosmachine
both from Paris!
Time to break out the Dom Perignon and celebrate!

I had been looking for DP since I heard about it 10 years ago and just a young boy in high school.
I even searched some US Libraries thinking it may exist there. I was young and naive.
