Poster is the size or slightly bigger than A3 advertising the Théâtre Marigny concerts and the Oxygene 3D skull.

The program is a 4 page booklet and I have not had a chance to read it yet. As I have just got home and I am tired.

Oh my goodness me, it was the most beautiful concert I have ever seen because I was there. Absolutely awesome. My sister and I had very good seats. It starts off with JMJ turning around in the egg shaped seat on the left side of the stage. He says a speech in French and mentioned a thanks to English fans as they are in the audience. Introduces Claude, Dominique and Francis who walk on the stages individually. Music was played very similar to Oxygene 3D DVD. After about 15 minutes, a screen like mirror appeared from the top of the stage and you could see the instruments from that angle and what Jean Michel was doing from the top. Simply divine. The stage has a line on top and I can remember the first track was in red and then slowly as the music was played there were all kinds of colours eg green, yellow, purple, blue etc. The colours represented each track played.

My sister and I have taken a few pics and hopefully they will come out just as good. :wink2:

JMJ played Oxygene 12 as well.

He looks very tall on stage and sooooooo handsome. His body movements were so wonderful to look at. I loved the fact that I could control where I wanted to look and not someone behind the camera. Hmm, 99.5% my eyes were on Jean Michel.

You can buy from the theatre:

Poster (Oxygene skull)
Program
T-shirts - grey (short sleeved), black (short sleeved) and black long sleeved (Oxygene skull)
Oxygene 3D
Oxygene 2D
Oxygene New Remastering

I still feel very light headed. :kanta:

I loved every minute of that concert. Will cherish that memory for the rest of my life. I am so flippin glad I went. :punch:

Btw, it was the internet from one of the hotels that had problems. I am sure I did not send the same email 5 times. But my sent box says I did. It was not the same hotel I stayed at. I had to try and find internet access in the middle of the night after the concert to speak about what I saw. I had some really high adrenalin in my body and mind. :P

No, not as far as I am aware. I did a lot of walking in Paris just to soak up the atmosphere. 8)

That sounds amazing and the pictures up on Flicker look wonderful!

I would love to get one of those programs...I'm sure one will show up on eBay...

Thank you for the review Kanta...the Egg shaped chair turning and revealing Jarre sounds very cool and a great little theatrical introduction...

:D

I would love a program! (Actually would prefer to attend the concert and get it myself..hehehe)

Maybe if someone on the forum buys some and sells them on eBay they will let us know... :)

Ohh...I almost like it. It certainly evokes the '70's "analogue Jarre sound", but it's only superficial, it never really seems to go anywhere IMHO (no disrepect to the artist). Part 3 for me is the best, though to my ear it sounds more like Kitaro than JMJ.

Good first effort, I like the sound universe employed here, and his reverence for the source material is evident; I guess I just wish the material itself was more memorable. Hopefully going forward, the artist will find his own "voice" and give us something truly special.

My two shekels' worth...
