As I predicted. Which is great, because this allows people (i.e. the more tech-savvy) to actually download this and save for later use. The rest will wake up one day with suddenly no bonus content that they paid for.

It's also possible to screenshot the photo gallery on an Android device. Plenty websites disable the screenshot function but not this one.

I've read that the CD is gapless, which is a great thing.

You can long press and save to device on the photos, same as the videos on an Android device, I have all the photos & videos on my PC now

Ordered the CD extra because of this, still not a fan of the limited approach, but an official (high quality) digital version without gaps is nice to have!

Just made a digital copy of my vinyl today and there was no fade in/out between each track so I will most likely just join each side up in Audacity to make it completely gapless.
Was gutted they didn't say anything about the CD release at first otherwise I would have picked that instead but am glad to read that the other content can be saved so I will give that a try soon.
I was also surprised that the NFC sticker just seems like an ordinary sticker to me when I tried to peel it away from the front of the sleeve so it is still mostly intact (I was expecting something more like a security tag type sticker tbh).

Care to share the copy of the LP? Wouldn't mind recording my own, but alas, it has not been delivered yet

The NFC tag is inside the gatefold. It just sits there, there's nothing to peel away. The sticker on the front isn't the NFC tag. It is simply there to hold the two sides of gatefold together and provide a security seal.

I'm happy to read the vinyl edition is gapless too.
Now I'm waiting for my copy and hope exclusive contents will be always unprotected

They seem to be unprotected, just make sure to download them, otherwise some executive one day might (more likely: will) decide to shut down that server.

It's not a question of "Will they?", the question is "When will they?".
Any digital extras for Electronica (both volumes, and hell, the extras for 2 were killed even before they had supplied all correct files), Equinoxe Infinity, Planet Jarre, Amazônia, it's all dead and gone.
And since they have no (legal) obligation to keep supplying you with these files, so they simply don't.
I'm genuinely curious if there will be some legal legislation against these types of extras where they can just take it away whenever they feel like it.
Though I have my doubts unfortunately because to this day, digital files are still only a license and can be taken away whenever a company feels like it.

If I am honest I am disapointed with limited edition content on the Versailles 400 album.

At a premium price for both the CD and Vinyl, I expected something unique. Links to YouTube I do not consider limited content.

This is harsh but I regret buying both the CD and Vinyl as the price simply does not feel justified.

I have been a huge Jarre fan since the late 80s . On no occasion have I felt such disappointment when I have bought a Jarre Album limited or not.

We have been told more content is coming. Of course I will reverse my review if it is much improved.

I wondered how many postal workers were able to see this exclusive content before it arrived in our mailboxes ?

Yeah, like EōN for Android, Dead Sea concert release, "Melancholic Rodeo" in English, Travelator part 1 and 3...

I'd have happily bought this CD for my collection had it been a regular €10 CD. But I KNEW, I just KNEW that this bonus content would be insulting and absolutely NOT worth the price.
