True enough, and I love good popcorn. But the health benefits can be mitigated by 1) what oil you cook it in and 2) what you top it with. And, it is of course rather carbohydrate-intensive.

I like popping mine in a little extra virgin coconut oil, and topped with a little bit of finely-ground sea salt. Healthy, and you don't even miss the butter! :mrgreen:
