It's not owned by Warner but by JMJ himself, only the email address for the administrative and technical contacts are still @warner. That's why it could be changed so quickly today from the old T&T to the new Oxygene site:

EMI Marketing UK have contacted JARRE UK today, to inform Fans, that the UK Release Date of Jean Michel Jarre's forthcoming
'OXYGENE', a NEW 30th Anniversary CD & DVD Box Set, featuring a NEW Master Recording from the Original 'OXYGENE' Score, and an Exclusive 'LIVE' performance of 'OXYGENE', filmed in both 2D & 3D High-Definition, originally scheduled for Monday 26th November 2007, has unfortunately been delayed, and will now be released on Monday 3rd December 2007.
