Yes, it's real and extremely rare. Only ever seen one copy for sale and that was for mega-bucks.

This would make it even more of a collectible due to Concorde being no longer in service aswell as being a Jarre rarity.

I know what Oliver said - there's about a dozen of those around. Never seen one for sale...
